SECTION 4- Payment Terms

1. Payment Schedule
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Payments for services are due within fourteen (14) days from the date of invoice.
  • We may require a deposit of 20% upfront before work commences, with the remaining balance due upon project completion or delivery.

2. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept:

  • Bank transfer
  • Credit/Debit Card
  • PayPal
  • Stripe

Payment details will be provided on your invoice.

3. Late Payments
If payment is not received by the due date:

  • We reserve the right to charge interest at 2% per month (compounded monthly) on any overdue amounts until payment is received in full.
  • We may suspend the provision of services and withhold deliverables until all outstanding payments are settled.

4. Taxes
All fees are exclusive of VAT unless explicitly stated. VAT will be charged at the applicable rate in Ireland.

5. Refunds and Cancellations
Payments for completed work and milestones are non-refundable. Deposits are non-refundable except where required by law. If you wish to cancel a project, you must notify us in writing, and payment will be due for all work completed up to the cancellation date.

6. Disputes
If you dispute an invoice, you must notify us in writing within five (5) days of the invoice date, stating the reason for the dispute. Undisputed portions of invoices remain payable within the standard payment terms.

SECTION 5- Prohibited Uses

You will be prohibited from using our website or its content for any unlawful purpose or in any manner prohibited by this agreement that includes:

  1. To violate any international, rules, laws, our policies, or other code of conduct.
  2. To violate our or others intellectual property rights in the website
  3. Harass, harm, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability.
  4. To submit false or misleading information.
  5. Upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that may affect the functionality of our and other related websites.
  6. To collect or track the personal information of others.
  7. To access, monitor, or copy any content or information of this Website using any robot or other automated means or device for any purpose.
  8. The customer using our website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.

We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service or any related website for violating any of the prohibited uses.

SECTION 6- Termination

These Terms of use will be effective and apply for you unless and until terminated by either you or Doozn Group. You may terminate your agreement at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our services, or when you stop using our site.

If we suspect that you have failed to comply with our terms of service, in our sole and absolute discretion may terminate this agreement at any time without notice; and (i) you will be liable for all amounts due up to and the date of termination ;( ii) and we may deny you access to our site or services.
